UI/UX Design Services

We design interfaces people actually want to use, built on research and real user flows, not just visual polish.

The Problem

Most “redesigns” fix the wrong thing

Skipping straight to visual design is the most common way agencies and in-house teams burn client money. It looks efficient at first. Stakeholders get something pretty to react to in week one. But if nobody mapped how people actually move through the product first, that polish is sitting on top of a guess.

The businesses that get the most out of design treat UX and UI as sequential, not optional. Research and structure come first. Visual craft comes second, built on a foundation that’s already been tested against how people actually behave.

If you’re not sure where UI ends and UX begins, we’ve covered that here.

What's Included

User Research

Understanding who's actually using the product and what they're trying to get done, before any screen gets designed.

Information Architecture

Organizing content and features so people can find what they need without having to think about it.

User Flow Mapping

Charting every path a user might take, including the ones you didn't intend, so structural problems surface on a whiteboard instead of after launch.

Wireframing

Testing structure and logic early, with rough layouts stripped of color and branding, so the only question is whether it works.

Visual UI Design

Typography, color systems, and spacing that guide attention and reinforce your brand, not just decoration applied at the end.

Usability Testing

Watching real people try to use the thing, so we fix what actually trips users up, not what the team assumed would.

Our Process

01.

Research

We map how your real users move through your product today, and where they get stuck.

02.

Structure

Wireframes and user flows come next, so the foundation is solid before a single visual decision gets made.

03.

Design

Now the wireframe gets dressed: typography, color, spacing, and interaction design that hold up under real use.

04.

Test

We test against real behavior, not internal opinion, because the team that built it already knows how it's supposed to work. That's exactly what makes them blind to where a stranger gets stuck.

FAQs

1.  How long does a UI/UX design project take?

Depends on scope, but most engagements move through research, structure, and design in stages, with turnaround times of 24–48 hours per active request under our subscription model.

Both. UI/UX and mobile app design is covered under our Tiger Plan and select custom packages.

That’s fine. We scope custom packages for specific needs starting at $399 — you don’t need a full engagement to work with us.

Ready to talk through your project?

If you’re evaluating a UI/UX project right now, ask whoever’s proposing it where they’re starting. If the answer is “we’ll start with some mockups,” you’re skipping the steps that determine whether those mockups actually work.
